How to describe the evening of June 15? How to describe my mood that evening? It's a little difficult to express in one word. That evening was comfortable. Inviting. Crowded. Jovial. Entertaining. Family-orientated. Successful. My mood was satisfied. Loved. Appreciated. Eager. Successful. As with any production, especially in a fast-paced environment, we had our last-minute predicaments, but we pulled it off. And we pulled it off harmoniously and successfully. Hence the title of this entry, I would, in fact, describe SIFE in one word: Successful.
More details will be posted in the next couple of entries, or so. In the meantime, I'll let the gallery speak for itself..

Soooooo we were transitioning during the last post and I'd like to proudly say the transition is over. Time to make money.
Needless to say, those projects have switched from essential service providing and newsletter writing to producing the second Strictly Indie Fashion Event, coordinating a shopping bus trip and consignment deals for the apparel and accessories brand, Feli Kiwi. Excitement doesn't even explain how I'm feeling right now.
I'll share a bit of what motivates me on a daily basis. I tell this story to anyone listening.
So while I was trying to provide essential services, I attended a meeting where I learned how Oprah is paid. The orator asked us how many streams of income we thought she had. We were throwing numbers out; I was calculating from the production company, her magazine, movie royalties--3-4, I guessed. WRONG!
We gasped in unison when he said,"Oprah has eight streams of income."
Now if she could do it, why can't I? Or you? Or at least half of that?
Yes, the creator of Feli Kiwi, founder of Strictly Indie Fashion Event will be Hustler of the Year; I'm making myself the overnight powerhouse..stay tuned..

Greetings Good People!
Needless to say, I've been moving around like a headless chicken, trying to inflict good will everywhere I go and it started to take a toll on me. Nothing wrong with good will sharing, but a lesson I'm learning is to stick to 1-2 projects.
I've chosen project #1 (in no particular order), East New York CyPress newsletter. Since I was a child, writing has always been a passion of mine. As I write, I'm brainstorming on the completion of Volume 1, Issue 3--which will be visually stimulating and equally a pleasurable read.
..as the projects continue..
